Finally had a little extra bit of funds to buy some patty gel and omg my love for polygel is back! Before patty gel, I only had some very small tubes from Sallys and lemme tell you, sally don't have good quality! But Patty Gel, Game changer! I contacted Evie to let her know that the 3 tubes of Patty gel were defective. Unfortunately, they all had the bottom opened up as I was using them. The weather here was very warm so it just opened up and everything leaked out. I cleaned everything, up not expecting to contact Evie and let her know what happened. It was over a year later when I contacted her and told her about it. I would've been very happy with a discount so I could buy those items again, but Miss Evie...being the professional that she is...sent me three brand new items to replace the ones that were in defective packaging! As soon as my broken wrist heals, I will be using my patty gel to make a beautiful set of pink with red tips like I did last year. They got so much attention that I have to do it again. Thank you Miss Evie for the excellent customer service! I truly appreciate it!
