Shipping policy

Domestic (USA) Shipping

Orders ship Monday - Friday and typically takes 1 – 3 business days to process before they are shipped. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times. Please note that this delivery window begins after the processing period has been completed. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to holidays, weather, or high-volume periods.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped.  We provide a tracking number for each order that will be included in your order completion email.  Please check your spam / junk mail folders if you have not received any emails regarding your order.

 

International Shipping

Do we ship internationally?  Yes, you can select your country during checkout.

After your order has shipped, International shipping typically takes 6–10 business days for most destinations after your order has been processed and shipped. However, delivery times can vary based on the destination country. In some cases, packages may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on customs clearance procedures, local postal service processing times, and other factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and recommend monitoring your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery status.
